Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your Pawvera purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return:

• Email us at smaake007.sm@gmail.com to initiate a return
• Once approved, securely pack and ship the item back to us
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used pet food, treats, or hygiene products
• Items marked as final sale
